For Sabrina Carpenter’s Short N’ Sweet Tour, Cash App created and led an immersive fan activation that extended the tour experience beyond the concert venue. Inspired by Carpenter’s #1 hit song “Espresso”, the activation transformed women- and minority-owned Square seller coffee shops into Short N’ Sweet Cafes, offering fans an exclusive way to connect with the tour—even without a ticket.
Each cafe featured Carpenter-themed drinks, exclusive merchandise, and interactive moments, while fans lined up for hours to experience the activation. The campaign generated 483 million UVM earned media impressions and 63 million+ social media impressions, solidifying Cash App’s cultural impact.

Inkling led the creative direction, experiential design, venue management, fabrication, and event production, ensuring the activation seamlessly integrated Cash App’s brand with the energy of the tour. By supporting local Square sellers and providing a shareable, must-visit fan experience, the Short N’ Sweet Cafes set a new standard for artist-driven brand activations, reinforcing Cash App’s presence in live music culture.
To further immerse fans in the Short N’ Sweet world, we developed limited-edition merch available exclusively at the pop-ups. These custom-designed pieces provided fans with a unique, collectible extension of the tour, allowing them to take home a tangible memory of the experience before heading to the concert.
Each Short N’ Sweet Cafe launched with a private VIP preview, giving influencers and celebrities early access to experience the space and share exclusive content with their audiences. Their posts and real-time engagement helped build anticipation, ensuring long lines and a heightened sense of excitement when the cafes opened to the public.
